Oh my! Did you know in Chin@, dental issue's could be considered a special need? You could sit and wait for a family because of your teeth? This little boy knows all about it. Soon to 7 years old, and because his baby teeth are in poor condition he waits for a family. There is a large Promise Child Grant for him through WACAP and he is completely ADORABLE!
